Refund & Replacement Policy

Every Moodz piece is made to order, just for you — printed and finished after you place your order. Because each item is custom-made, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide before ordering.

We happily offer a free replacement in these cases:

• Manufacturing or printing defects
• Wrong item or size sent by us
• Item damaged in transit

To request a replacement, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we'll process your replacement at no extra cost.
