What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How can I return an item?
To start a return, please contact us at hello@moodzeg.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first, as we cannot accept them.
What happens if my item is damaged or defective?

How will I receive my refund?
